You can request access to personal data held by SafeSite AI Technology Ltd under UK GDPR.

What you can request

• A copy of your personal data.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of data where legally appropriate.
• Restriction or objection to certain processing activities.

How to request access

Email us from the email address linked to your account and include "Data Access Request" in the subject line.

For security reasons we may request additional information to verify your identity before releasing personal information.

Where we process the requested information solely on behalf of a customer organisation, we may refer the request to that organisation as the relevant data controller and assist it in responding.

Response time

We aim to respond within one calendar month, subject to identity verification and the complexity of the request. UK GDPR allows us to extend this by a further two months where a request is complex or we have received a number of requests - if this applies, we will explain why within the first month.
