You have the right under UK GDPR to request deletion of your account and personal data held by SafeSite AI Technology Ltd.
How to request deletion
Email us from the email address linked to your account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What may be deleted
Subject to the circumstances of the request and any applicable legal obligations, deletion may include:
- your personal account details;
- personal data controlled directly by SafeSite AI Technology;
- saved content held solely within your individual account;
- associated account and project metadata.
Where records belong to a customer organisation and SafeSite AI Technology processes them only on that organisation's behalf, we may refer the request to the organisation as the relevant data controller and assist it in responding.
What we may retain
Where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, we may retain limited information including:
- tax and financial records;
- fraud prevention records;
- security logs;
- legal claims information;
- information required to comply with regulatory obligations.
Any retained information is kept only for the period required by law or to protect legitimate business interests.
Response time
We will respond to a verified deletion request without undue delay and ordinarily within one calendar month. Where a request is complex or several requests have been received, we may extend this period by up to two additional months. If an extension is required, we will explain why within the first month.
The right to deletion is not absolute. We may refuse or limit a request where continued processing is required by law, necessary for legal claims, or covered by another applicable exemption.
